[What happens now]: 10 man saurfang heals for around 100k to 120k per hit when rune of blood is on target
[What should happen]: Debuff should indicates only 5 to 7k (2man scaling)
[How to reproduce the issue]: Fight him and on 2 or 3 man scaling then you can observe his healing. You can check combat logs for actual heals
