Mobs stop fleeing to cast spells, in Creatures.
[Identifier - Zone / Map / etc]: All around the game world
[What happens now]: When mobs try to flee if their health reaches a certain threshold they stop running away and continue casting spells.
[What should happen]: Mobs should continue running away until they reach allies or they have fled for a certain time already and they shouldn't use spells and abilities until they reaccure the player as a target.
[How to reproduce the issue]: Get a mob that casts spells or abilities and flees from the player to a low health level until they start running away. They will start to run away but then stop, reacquire the player as target and start using spells on them again.
This issue was marked as fixed but it in fact keeps happening.
Edit: The issue happens with ranged attacks aswell.
